BOOGIE – JACKSON 5
Dopo la ri-pubblicazione dell’album ABC in black vinyl, un altro interessante articolo (questa volta in compact disc) sta per sbarcare sul mercato olandese/europeo grazie a Music On Cd. Si tratta della compilazion “Boogie” dei Jackson 5 in uscita questo mese.
‘Boogie’ is a compilation album of both previously released and unreleased tracks by The Jackson 5. ‘Boogie’ is considered the rarest of all Jackson 5/Jacksons releases. Two of the tracks on ‘Boogie’, “Love’s Gone Bad” and “I Was Made To Love Her”, were later featured on Michael Jackson’s 1986 compilation album, ‘Looking Back To Yesterday’. Five of the songs are unpublished productions. This compilation album was originally released in 1979 on the Motown sublabel Natural Resources, with the material all remixed & remastered at the Motown Recording Studios in California. ‘Boogie’ is a terrific addition to any Jacksons collection.

Finally, the legendary album ABC by the Jackson 5 is available on black vinyl. In 1968 the brothers Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, Marlon and Michael Jackson signed with Motown Records and became the first group to debut with four consecutive #1 hits on the Billboard Hot 100, including “ABC”. The same-titled album was their second studio album.
